Broccoli soup.
You will need:

Two and a half cups of broccoli.

3 celery stalks, diced.

An onion.

A cup of spinach or kale.

2 carrots, chopped.

Half a tsp of salt.

Juice from half a lemon.

2 tbsp of coconut oil.

Preparation: Heat the coconut oil first in a larger pot and then add the celery, broccoli, and onion and cook them for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Next, add the broth and leave the soup to simmer for 5 minutes or until it softens and the ingredients blend well. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the soup until it thickens. Remove it from the stove and serve!

Carrot and ginger soup recipe
You will need:

2 pounds of carrots, chopped.

2 onions, peeled and chopped.

3 tbsp of ginger, grated.

3 garlic cloves, chopped.

A cup of coconut milk.

Black pepper, sea salt, and onion powder to taste.

2 tbsp of coconut oil.

2 tbsp of collagen powder.

Preparation: In a pot, add the carrots, broth, ginger, and garlic and bring the mixture to boil and then leave it to simmer. Next, in a separate pan, sauté the onions and add the collagen and cook until caramel like. Add the vegetable broth and the sautéed onions in a blender and blend them well. Add the coconut milk and seasonings at the end.

Red lentil soup

You will need:

¼ cup of coconut oil.

2 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped.

An apple, peeled and chopped.

An onion, chopped.

2 carrots, peeled and chopped.

Half a tsp of chili powder.

Half a tsp of paprika.

An inch of ginger, peeled and minced.

Black pepper and salt to taste.

Coconut cream for topping.

Preparation: Warm up the oil in a pot and add the potatoes, carrots, apples, and onions and cook until crystallized, i. e. about 10 minutes. Add the ginger, cumin, lentils, chili powder, paprika, and broth and cook the soup for 30 minutes until the ingredients soften and the mixture thickens. When ready, season it well and add the coconut cream.
