See What NYSC Found Out About Nigerians Who Studied Abroad

Fadah claimed yesterday that field officers discovered a sizable percentage of corps members—particularly those who claimed to have received their education abroad—who were startlingly unable to substantiate their claimed academic credentials during the 2022 Batch “B” Streams I and II Orientation seminars.

He spoke at the Abuja opening of the 2022 Batch C pre-mobilization workshop.

“After our initial conversation with them in April 2022, registrars of corps-producing institutions in Nigeria committed to safeguard the security of their data.

We expect that, amongst other steps, the institutions will always ensure that only credible officers are entrusted with the task of the handing data of their graduates being processed for mobilization,” Fada said.

Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, said JAMB would always collaborate with NYSC to expose institutions and students’ affairs officers involved in illegal admission and mobilizations.
