Taxi Driver linked To ECL’S TV Theft.- See How People Are Reacting To It

According to information gathered by Diamond News, police have detained a Yango cab driver who had been hired to transfer one of the stolen televisions.

Emmanuel Bwalya, a Patriotic Front member, is still at large after being suspected of stealing two televisions from former President Edgar Chagwa Lungu’s residence.

The police spokesman, Rae Hamoonga, stated that the case is still being investigated and that the police will notify the public as soon as new information becomes available.

The said driver is currently at Lusaka Central Police Station.

Recently, Police arrested one Patriotic Front cadre Angel Chipasa in connection with the said theft.

Mr. Chipasa is still in police custody pending the conclusion of the police investigations.
